To wire up the Diagnostic port is easy. There are only three wires used to log. Take pink wire (pin 10) and splice it with pin 113 on the ECU (pink also). Then take yellow wire (pin 1) and splice it with pin 112 on ECU (yellow also). Then connect the ground to any ground. I chose the ECU ground since there are a couple of them. That was it, logs great.

I am having trouble getting MMCD or Palmstein to connect to my ECU. Everything should be wired up correctly, but I can't seem to establish a link to the ECU. Did anybody else have this problem?

Oh, I have a Palm IIIxe. It works just fine connecting to my hybrid ECU with my shiver cable.

This is the first time I have used MMCD or Palmstein, so I could be missing something very simple.

I don't know brother. maybe it could be a setting on the palm.
