Have the same problem. Tried everything, but no improvement. Can log only at Mitsubishi+OBDII selection.
Can't turn off check engine flashing.
Have VR-4 produced 11/1997 - european.

Please, help. (so close, so far)

email him you need to reflash your connection cable with his software.

i sent one about 1 week ago, And nothing.

a support ticket, Why even have that system if they dont use it?

Im guessing I need my cable re flashed as well, If anyone has it. please help.

I am having the same problem also. SeekNStrike if you get the reflash software for the cable please pm me to send it to me. I hate how Hamish takes one week to respond!

Has anyone figured out how to get the horsepower reading right ? mine still reads 9 hp....wtf!!

Read up on the product. I don't think that's an active feature yet. It would be quite a trick if it did work though.

does anyone know how to clear a CEL on this unit or at least display what it is? i hooked it up but it restarts every 5 seconds and it doesn't display anything. im bringing it into emissions tomorrow and one just popped up tonight
