I tried to order the cables but got this error:

Unable to process payment. Please contact the merchant as the shipping address provided by the merchant is invalid, and the merchant has requested that your order must be shipped to that address.

Has anyone else had this problem?

You should read it as 8 counts. The x and y axis is representing multiple data items.

I dont know if others are having the PayPal address problem
I was able to submit my order by not filling out any of the individual lines asking for name and address. I just input my information in the comment box and clicked submit order. Paypal opened up just fine, I payed with paypal so all my shipping and email information is on there any way.
After making my payment I was directed to a page that allowed me to download the Evoscan software.

I just hiope I get the cable soon.

Great Job Tommy! Wondering if any 94/95 users have tried this and been successful as well.

I'm sure it's not a big issue Brian as I was working fine in the earlier beta releases.
