I've wanted an itouch for a while now... if someone could get the obd2 pocketlogger prog to work on an iTouch and be able to connect to a serial port i'd be psyched! I've trying to find a decent rechargeable pda to use with pocketlogger for my 99 since the one i have is a billion years old and runs on triple a's and dies after like 10 minutes.

Just an update on things:
The new iPhone is out today, and it has already been hacked (jailbroken).
This means you can write and install your own programs on the phone without having to be part of the developers network and going through itunes, and anyone can easily install your software for free, right from their phone.
I was worried that this datalogger project would be limited to just the old models, but we don't have to worry about that!

So... Anyone know how to program then?
If you do, check out the links i posted or start googling, and please tell us what you come up with!
