should have soldered the m/f barrel connectors in. That way you can unplug and link the together. wonder if the afc increases timing just inline? I have never been a fan of piggy backing a piggy back!

Can you post the dyno results I am curious as to what the graph for the hp and torque numbers look like? I was thinking of going with the LS1 MAF-T for a while there, thinking the stock MAF was no good.

Future mods (not in any order)... Stage 2/3 Heads, Rear Sway Bar, CFDS, LSD, Rebuilt tranny AGAIN (thinks to Mitsu), Clutch, CF Hood, Propane (already bought along time ago), Pre-Cat Eliminators, AEM Stand alone, Repainted, Big Brake Kit, Rims... think I could get close to 500WHP out of that on DR500s?http://www.penguinhosting.net/~matt/public/picture2/mycar/vr-4/

Vipers Beware!

Yea. I was really hoping for before/after. It's amazing how people say "this does this and that" without posting the exact results. In this particular case, there's a lot of disrepancy from other members. I hate taking anyone's word on something without getting all the facts that I can and make a good judgement myself from multiple senior members or at least the people I trust.

However, I have a grand I always keep on me if sombody wants to race me on the open road.
I understand. How many times have you been to the track? I go every month and I hope that's not too much. I guess I bought it to enjoy it but I don't want to destroy it.

Also, you always keep $1,000 on you? I wouldn't advertise that considering your in Albany, NY. Remember, I grew up in that neighborhood too.

Considering you trap 125MPH, there isn't much that's gonna take ya except a "built" car and you aren't gonna run into those on the streets.

So has anybody tried this yet?

I've done it to two customer vehicles, and they are happy as hell!

I don't keep it on me Shawn. But I'm certainly good for it!

I do keep a .357 on me however. It's legal of course

Since I work on all the drug dealers cars, I'm pretty safe. It's like Mafia protection

I don't blame you for not wanting to drag the car much... It's stupid to beat on the car in that fashion. I won't do it again.....

I would advise you to not drag it anymore.

me being one of them. after we "gutted" the honeycomb, we took it out and had some fun with it. i could actually feel the difference. of course i have no dyno number to support it, but everyone can always feel a difference if its doe right. after tuning the AFC the idle was fine and i noticed some added power down low. for as easy as this mod was, in my opinion it helped. as i said i had no troubles with idle or anything else after tuning.
