what are the chances to over run stock fuel pressure? I mean, my IDC got lower with hotwire. should I worry about it?

I overrun my stock fpr by about 5 psi at idle with my hotwire.

I overrun mine as well causing rich idle, but with the E85 it negates that due to needing 20% more fuel..

I know dumb question, but if you ran e85 on a stock system could you run 10 psi because of 30% of 15 and 30% more fuel? I'm only set at 11 right now anyways.

You could but you`d have to ADD 30% to your MAS signal with a SAFC or similar which would kill the timing, not worth it really, plus your MPG will go down. You`d end up a lot slower?.

You could just swap in DSM 450cc injectors... it should be close enough that the Trims would bring it in.

Good point, and a better pump at the same time.

for some reason I think 450cc is not enough... if you need 30% more and 450cc can give you only 20%. I mean if you want to drive you car with stock boost (doesn't make scene to me using e85) than 450cc might be ok. but to max those 9Bs you'd need at least 550cc. this is from my own experience.
