Only thing restricting was the stock MAF which got really weird at 13psi and the data logger would not keep up. I now have a GM Maf, Gen2, and will piggy back the SAFC. The tuner thinks that he can squeeze 700awhp at high boost on the next tune with out any problems although I'm going to add a boost-a-pump just in case. I also have a boost-a-spark that I'll probably put on as well. It seems that E85 runs cooler temps and the computer is even adding timing at the last dyno pull. I have had no problems what so ever with E85 as of yet. I do get to hear a ton of people tell me that it will cause damage, but in Colorado it's the best gas I can get locally at the pump at the price of $2.20 per gal. My ECU just had a melt down so I'm trying to decide if I want to go with an AEM or keep the stock ECU. This is my first import, but I'm pretty impressed with it although I'm sure that I will start breaking things soon.

Your getting 700AWHP from 16g's when running e85 I did not know 16g's were good for that much to the wheel regardless of fuel. WOW!

Well I was going to ask what injectors and pump should I run with my 15g's, but seeing that you are running 680's and a hot wired 255 with a b-a-p, it seems like I will be OK. I have 550cc RC's and a 255 with a hot wire and the b-a-p. But let me ask none the less, will that be enough to maximise the 15g's?

I would be a little skeptical of a dyno that showed 700AWHP out of 16Gs. Without a little spray...

It would also worry me that you really never know exactly what you are going to get. It's not very controlled mixture wise. I personally would trust Race gas.
mix your own and problem is solved. buy E98 by the drum.

i really question 700 awhp on e85 with just 680s and a single walbro. thats just not enough fuel when running alcohol. that is roughly equivelant to someone running 900+ awhp on gas (matt ran out of fuel with 720s and the pressure bumped around there)

Hmmm, interesting idea

and totally agree with running 700AWHP on 16Gs plus using E85 on 680 injectors and a single pump.

I currently have two walbros and 1000CC injectors so I should be good for a bit. I could even bump up the pressure if needed.

my big issue is the lack of stations carrying it. So if I ever drive the car anywhere out of town, I can't fill up.

Luckily the AEM can flip between two timing and fuel maps. So I could make an E85 map and a 93 map.

$162.11 shipped ($7 for shipping) for E95; $2.95 a gal. does not seem too bad. Have you found cheaper?

Hypothetically, would i use 50% E95 and 50% reg gas? Is that good mixture?
