i think 10 is reasonable, think about it if you change it to 100 a new guy that has a ton of experience cant post for a long time, on DSM forums im not allowed to post in the engine managment area because i dont have like 1 billion posts, but i could easily contribute

agree, while 10 is certainly a step in the right and needed direction...100 would be better, by then they would get a feel for the board and know better than to post New owner type questions in here. Good to see the 10 limit though...
