which wheels look better...

So Im getting a good deal on this two set of wheels, they are 20x9.5 blacks or 20x9 silver.
The silver ones are roush wheels new and the black ones are...idk. The silver wheels are flush with fenders and the black ones stick out about 1inch.i can get either for 350.let me know what you guys think.

They will not fit with tires mounted. Front strut will hit. 20x9 might come close though.
