Question What width/offset I should go with?

Hello all and thanx for watching. Basically, I am getting widebody rear and front fenders for my 92 vr-4 and want to stick with 19" rims. What offset and what width should I go with so I can put wider tires on my rims, anybody know?
I was thinking going with Piaa Super Rozza rim which is 19x9.5 +42, will that work? This is the list of all offsets and width they offer: http://www.piaa.com/Wheels/img/super_rozza_info.gif
Thanx in advance

The +42mm offset will tuck it into your fender more than you'd want with widebody fenders, I would think. The 19x10 with +25mm offset would stick out quite a bit, and you could run 19x9 with +25mm offset in the front in order to clear the struts. Then you'd need to find two identical O.D. tire sizes - 265/35/18 and 275/35/18 would be 1.1% different.

Tire size calculator

With the offset, I just know that my rims are +43mm and they don't stick out from the fender at all. MY gf has +24mm offset and they stick out from her fender maybe a quarter inch.

thanx for the link but can I go with wider tire in the rear? I heard that it is not recommended with awd cars...

You can use varying widths as long as the rotating diameter is equal or very close. I admit 1.1% will be pushing it, and you could run 265/35/18 on all 4 to be safe if you wanted. I assumed with a widebody that you wanted thicker tires on the back -- and it would be close (but I admit possible) if you wanted to run 275/35/18 tires on the front.

what about 265/30-19 in front and 275/30-19 in the back. It looks like the difference is .9

That could work. I am not sure how the roads are around you, but around here there are far too many potholes for a 30 sidewall ... although with those widths a 30 might be ok. It's not a common size tire -- probably going to be pretty expensive.

mrdillyo is an unknown quantity at this point

just one thing to remember the side wall number is a percent of the with i.e. if you have a 275-30-19 the side wall would be 30% of 275 =82.5 mm. ;265= 79.5 so try to get your height as close as possible. if you could fit 295-25=73.75 ;and 245-30=73.5 it would be very close but i have no clue how those fenders fit. take your time and if you can find locally you can check fitment but logically thinking i don't think 3mm's are going to do much more then improper tire inflation
