Tein HA suspension adjustment question - 3000GT/Stealth International Message Center

Just wondering how I adjust the suspensioin for a softer feel. The car came with this suspension and it feels like it's on the hardest setting.

I searched and found no links to exactly how to do it. Please just send me a link or something.
