Here for the tuna.

I have a 2002 Jeep Grand Cherokee, and I am looking for some nice summer tires for it. I'd like a 235 or 245 wide tire, for a 16x7" rim ... I may go with Cragar's or stick with my stock rims.
Anyway. As much as I'd love some big nasty M/T's, it's my DD so I'm looking for something tame that will last a while, get decent wet traction, and good mpg. Does anyone have any personal experience with anything / any recommendations? Thanks! -Ryan

I'd take a look at the BFG Long Trail T/A's. That's what's going on my wife's 92 Jeep Cherokee this summer. They have great reviews, and apparently wear very well. I had the original Trail T/A's on it before, and I haven't been satisfied with any tire since.
Hope that helps!

I like the long trails as well. Every set I saw always wore excellent and rode well. They also should give you a little more grip in the winter time as opposed to a strictly highway tread tire. PM me with whatever size you want and I can send you a list of discounted prices that you may be able to get match locally.
