They are Mustang Cobra R replicas, 17x9, i dont know the offset.
Caliper clearance is a little less than stock, about 3mm in the front.
Turning clearance is plenty with 255 45s. could go up to 260s easy.
Dont know the exact weight, but i do know they are a good deal lighter than the stock '97 chromies they replaced.

Got them off ebay for about $100 a piece + $80 S/H

Cobra R's generally have a 24mm offset, they should stick out from your wheel well roughly a 1/2" in the front. Also, they typically weigh around 24lbs each.

Attached are pics of my new Enkei LX-F wheels on my 1997 VR-4.

The wheels are 18x8.5, 38mm offfset. They clean the strut and wheel wells just fine. But needed 5mm spacers to clear the calipers.
