Default Finally! Initial RoJa Pics Installed!

Guys, I just finished the Tein S-Tech spring install as well as the RoJa R2-5's on the car. I know the car is dirty as I just dropped it off the jackstands that it has been on for the last 3 weeks. My Maximal camber arms came in today so I was finally able to finish the project.

I ordered the tires from Tirerack and when I told them '94 RT/TT, they said they don't fit, but when I told them '99 VR4 they said the fronts would clear?? So, I had the fronts ordered and test fitted, as well as a 9.5" rear that I didn't like on the car due to the backspacing. So after ordering a total of 6 wheels from Tirerack and shipping some back, I finally found the fitment that I like with a little extra lip on the rear. Final sizes ended up being 19x8.5 front with +38mm offset and 19x8.5 rear with +24mm offset. Tires are 245/35/19's.

Ok, enough with the talk. Here a few preliminary photos. Higher quality ones to come. Car still needs an alignment, which I hope to get done in the next week. Let me know what you guys think!

Looks great! Curious as to why you didn't like the 9.5" wide rims ... afaik rims usually get concave spokes and a lip when they hit 9.5"+ width.

Thanks for the compliments. As far as 9.5" rears, because these are forged and anodized hoops with cast centers, the spokes for all the offsets in any given diameter are the same. The 9.5" was a +44mm offset (which would fit) but have 1 cm less lip than the +24 in 8.5" width, and the only other offset in 9.5" was +19 which would stick out WAAAY too far for my taste. If I could have found the right offset, I would have.

I also weighed the wheels and tires. The factory 17x8.5" chromies with Goodyear GSC's: 51.5lbs. RoJa 19x8.5 with Kumho MX's: 49.5lbs. Kumho alone 22lbs.
