Default Braking and popping noises

so after snooping the forum for awhile and using the almighty search button, i found one of my problems, which is warped rotors which makes my steering column go crazy on braking.
the other problem for me is more elusive, it happens after driving the car for awhile (95 3KGT SL). there is a popping sound as the car is coming to a stop (~10mph or less). it happens when applying the brake of course, but also when disengaging the Parking Brake. this is why it is confusing me on whether the problem is in the front or rear.

also, i was looking around for a good set of brembo's and slotted rotors? any good deals or amazing stuff to share?
