Bilsteins damping rates & ride height
Thought I'd ask to get things straight before I get my hands dirty.
1. Do the Bilstein strut inserts / shocks have damping rates that are around stock? I thought that the fact they are being advertised as 'Heavy Duty' meant that they are just built to last longer and doesn't actually offer stiffer damping. But then I've read otherwise, so..... 2. Will the Bilsteins increase my ride height with stock springs? Again I assume they won't, since shocks/struts don't really affect ride height, but I need to confirm that it won't happen since increased ride height over stock configuration is the last thing I need!!!!! Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance!

I Do not know about number 1, but the ride height should not be effected by the struts. That being said I do have a set of bilsteins and rs*r springs for sale right now if you have not bought any yet.
