Default 91-93 Rear calipers, 94 and up rear calipers

One, obviously there is a difference, but what is it other than look, and type of pad it takes? Two, would it be worth it to swap the 1st gen with a 2nd gen set? And three how easy would a swap be?

I thought the first gen rear TT calipers were single piston floating while the 2nd gen rears are 2 piston fixed

Correct, the 2G's are also 10x better looking in addition to being better calipers.

Yes, the 2G calipers have 2 pistons vs 1G 1 piston. You can change them fairly easily. Trimming the dust shield I think is all you have to do. I'll be swapping over to all 2G calipers and rotors!
