Default 5zigen fn01r-c (Offset +12) will they fit?

As the the title states Ive been offered these in 18x9.5 with +12 offset and wanted to know if these will fit and if there will be any concerned regarding the fitment or ride? They are riding on 245/45/18

I drive a 93 VR4

I know this is a very late reply, but I don't like seeing someone get no reply. So IMO, the offset is very shallow (rim moved in toward the hub), and with a 9.5" width, that rim would be contacting the spring/strut assembly.

I believe you have your numbers mixed up. Compared to VR4 stock 8.5" wide +46 wheels there will be 21mm extra clearance from the strut and the wheels will extend 47mm towards the fender extra. These wheels should fit, but they will poke like crazy. To get them under the fenders you would probably have to run a smaller tire, plus negative camber, and pulled/rolled fenders. Unless you left the car in 4x4 mode. Then like I said they will just stick out way past the fenders.
