Could someone photoshop a blue line about 3 inches up from the bottom, all the way around? I dont mean just a line, I mean 3 inches up, full blue.

Rep for whoever tries it for me, I would do it but I dont have CS4 anymore. Thanks guys,

I would appreciate it, dude. It doesnt seem like anyone else is going to try atm.
If you do happen to attempt it, if you could do one at 3 inches and one at about 6 inches, that would be great. Take your time

Once you change the color, duplicate the layer and put a layer mask on it etc.
