if anything go with a '97-98 bumper variation. Its the new "99 conversion" but there are only a few options other then a stock style bumper and the pureform one i believe it is called.

but that is just my .02

Make a it a tad bit rounder. Im too lazy to boot up photoshop but use the stock bumper as a base and just cut and paste things together.
