that does look good. If you dont want to go through the hassel of welding or fiberglassing the hood and making eye lid extensions you could use plastic eye lids or covers like the zesty gto has. I know gtpro was selling them. Ill see if I can find a pic. The only reason I say this is because getting the hood to fit perfectly over the 99 headlights will take A LOT of skill. Myself and the other two people who have done this mod (Gabber and Scoob) have used the 94-98 headlights which dont have the bubbles.
