what exactly do you mean by tweaked? lol

They're bent. They can be balance, but you might feel a slight vibration at higher speeds.

Ryan, I have to admit at this point, you have me somewhat intrigued with these wheels. How bad are they bent?
I just am having a hard time finding a decent set for under $1000

I'll dig em out tonight and check em out again. I'll shoot a vid for you. Oh, and they are just the wheels.. tires will be need for install. 17 x 8.5 I believe is the rim size.
