Tell me what are these two?

Can some one tell me what are these two relays are?
they are located on left side of center console next to right drivers knee

One is the Theft-alarm starter relay. The other one may be the auto-cruise relay.

thanks so much i think i found my problem with wipers not turnign off.

see if i unplug the ETACS then they turn off and work except intermitter timer. so with ETACS plugged in they go on and on. also my headlights do not go up or down, just purchased ETACS will try it and will update.

well it is late reply but the problem was that ETAC was not grounded it was just hanging by the plug after i took it out, put it all together and it works, lights wipers security locks windows all that
