Talking RPM Limiter, and speed governor

So I was wondering where the RPM limiter and the speed governor are located, and how can i stop them from working?

Unless you have done necessary modifications, I wouldn't mess with the RPM limiter unless you want to grenade your engine by revving it past 7500.

There is no speed governor. If you plan on going faster than 85 anywhere other than a track, please sell your car to someone more responsible.
