Sorry to hear you're down with the flu. Did you ever solve the braking issue?
Did you make sure that there were no air bubbles remaining after bleeding the brakes?
can you post some pics of your car with the KSport coilovers installed.
Have you considered using adjustable control arms to correct any camber and toe in problems that might have resulted from the installation of the Ksports?

Best regards, FASTERGT

I never had a chance to look into the brake issue either. There are no air bubbles though. I bled it per the manual's instructions and the brake light is not on and if I didn't do it right it would be on for sure in my experience. Its definitely not air. Its a popping thats been there through all of this. I just cannot think of what else it could be besides the booster and/or a pedal adjustment. I'm very close to letting the shop fix it though, but thats mostly cause I'm sick and have little patience right now.

I'm not worried about the alignment working out to how I need because after the adjustment I'll be going to the highest setting which I'm told the factory arms will be able to handle for a straight alignment. My only problem with the Ksports was that I installed them too low for my taste cause I didn't realize that lower black locking ring was also a "sleeve" to control height. Right now the car looks as low as a lambo to me and I can't get it out of my parents driveway without doing some serious concrete scrappage.

Yeah, I've got pics and I definitely will post. I'm just wrestling this cold vs spending time with family before the big MOVE up North so I need to get off this thing.

Thanks for the post !

Very fine couple of cracks on the brake booster line

Out of order pic - before installing the strut just to show how I set things up for easy work

Height comparison of OEM strut vs new Ksport. Here's where I went wrong with the installation. I left the KSport at its height that it came out of the box without adjusting the lower mount for height adjustment. I want the KSport as high as I can have it in my case and because its already on the car I have to take it off again and readjust it.
