Default New Torque Values from AERA?

Was looking for tips on putting my 6g72 back together and stumbled on a summary of several cars (Mitsubishi*Mirage Engine Information) reportedly from AERA on new torque values.

While mine all appear to match up with CD-ROM manual specs, what if there are differences noted?

AERA's website (AERA - Engine Builders Association) reflects their seriousness of purpose, and says they are a network of professional engine rebuilders - should their specs be followed, based on their "experience" in rebuilding vice factory specs?
