It will be just like a regular DOHC swap.

ECU
engine harness
body harness
AC pump and lines
Power steering pump and lines
Altenator

Not a simple swap at all on a SOHC bodied car.

Ok im getting ready to do a 3.5 6G74 swap into my base 3000gt in the upcoming months and was wanting to upgrade to the six speed tranny since the engine is going to be out.

My question is,is the 6-speed tranny harness compatible with my base 3000gt engine harness. If not what is needed to make it work.

Also will i need a 6-speed clutch or can i use my 5-speed clutch?

why use a 6speed? The gearing on an n/a setup may not be in your favor, I don't know for sure. I know a 5 speed is better on the fwdtt applications you have less wheel spin in 1st & 2nd gear. But if you look in the na-tt section I'm sure you will find all your answers in like 2 seconds. Let me find it for you just to see how long a search takes.
