Unhappy Misfire above 5000rpm

I have a 94 3000gt sl, with 162,xxx miles on it. it all started before winter, around October when my car started misfiring once or twice around 5K rpm, because winters in northern Ohio are not always the greatest i haven't really pushed the car until it started getting nice out again. The car seems to miss between 4K and 5500, below and above seem to be ok. The car drives like a dream as long as i keep it below 4K. I have no CEL, and i just replaced the timing belt and water pump and everything else that goes with that in the last week. also the fuel filter is new within the last 3 months. i also have noticed that when the car is cold, after around 5 minutes or so it will run just fine. it seems that it only misfires when the car has been driven 10 minutes or more.

Anyone have any suggestions?

Thanks,
Matt
