alright so I went and change out the plugs and wires with new ones, no problems at all...no cross threadings or anything falling in accidentally into the manifold or the cylinders. Changed them with OEM replacement plugs and wires, and about two seconds after I started teh motor there is now a knocking sound coming from the right end front bank cylinder. Did a compression test and came up 60 or so checked the other ones and they were all arond 160 I think. WTF?! happened? all I did was change plugs and wires. When I took out the plug on that cylinder it has oil on it, but all the other ones are clean no oil. Could something of just decided to fuck off on me right then??? I need help asap as where my car is a daily driver and I have no other vehicle

Yikes man. Drain your oil, look for either shards of metal or swirls of coolant. The metal would be a spun bearing (copper) and the coolant would mean a blown headgasket.
Feel your timing belt for tension. You sure it isn't lifter tick?
