idler pulley
does anyone have a pic of the idler pulley on the accessory drive belt for a 91 n/a? i had my engine replaced a few years ago and the mechanic neglected to put that back on. the belt rubbing the alternator bracket took a few weeks to wear through and by that time the pulley had been discarded. anyway i purchased a new pulley online. got it today. it has two labels on the package. one says it is the tensioner and the other says it is the idler. basic diagrams of the belt routing show the two as being roughly the same size, but i don't think they are the same. the one i got doesn't have any kind of adjusting nut so i'm thinking the idler label is the correct one. also does anyone know the size of the bolt holding that pulley on? thanks for any help
