Sounds like your IAC may in fact be bad.

I would suggest removing it and testing the resitance over all 4 coils like outlined in the Stealth316 link.

I've already pulled it out. It is the new model that they show in the pictures. It even looks brand new. I took it apart and everything. I'm thinking whoever owned the car before had already replaced it.

I started to think it was a vac leak, but that doesn't make sense if it doesn't hesitate all the time. I know the gaskets on the intake plenium and the TB are good, because I just changed my plugs and wires, those looked brand new. My plugs even looked new, but I changed them anyway.

I don't know what else is left. My timing belt squeels sometimes when it's wet, but I don't think that is a problem. It doesn't look like it has cracks or anything in it. So, I kinda want to rule out timing issue.

Could possibly be a fuel filter problem, but I have a feeling that if the person before me already did the 120K tune up, then that should have been changed. I bought it at 124K it now has 125K miles on it now. I'm almost thinking it'd be the ECU. But I really cannot go without a car while I send it somewhere to get rebuilt.

Dammit!

You may want to make sure your SAS screw hasnt been messed with.

Its the screw with a lock nut on it that acts as a stopper for the throttle plate. It is set from the factory and should never be messed with.

If it does get messed with it can cause hesitation issues.

Isn't that the same thing as the BISS screw?

I don't know what an SAS screw is, but the BISS doesn't have a lock nut. I wish I could help out more.

Just so I know what the BISS screw is, it has a rubber top that you have to pull off in order to get to the screw, correct?

Yes, that's it.

You know, have you looked at your TPS to make sure it's in the right spot? If your throttle sensor is improperly adjusted, that could produce symptoms like the ones you're having.

What exactly is the TPS? Isn't it around where the IAC is?

Yeah it's on the front of the throttle body (towards the front of the car) ... do you have the CAS thing or not?

The SAS is on the backside of the throttle body.

Its an old ass picture thats semi blurry but it should get the point across.

The TPS would bolt on opposite of the spring. in that pic.
