Yeah it's on the front of the throttle body (towards the front of the car) ... do you have the CAS thing or not?
I think I have the CAS, I thought all 1st gens with DOHC have them. If that is the case, I should have it. I'll take a look later today to confirm.

A little update about my car:

My buddy said it could be the clutch slipping. I thought be was crazy. But I remembered if I don't let my car warm up (because it starts off at 2000rpm when cold) and let it get to normal rpm, then when I take off it will always grind going into second gear.

Does that indicated clutch problems? It never grinds gears when the car is warmed up.

Update...

I do have the CAS, I just looked under the hood. And what am I looking for to be wrong with the TPS? Because, it appears to look normal.

I thought there was a write-up on Stealth316 about TPS adjustment ... shoot, I can't find it.

It's a shot in the dark.

Hopefully one of us can find the write up! If you find it, please share the link! I have to get going to work. It sucks, I just keep thinking about getting my car fixed, and I'm working 60hrs a week!

Okay... update for anyone who still might be interested in what is going on...

Took my car to a local shop to have them take a look at it for free. They say that I have a vaccum leak and the fix would be a new gasket for my upper intake plenium. Hopefully when I get out of work today it'll be nice so I can swap the gasket out and see if it's a fix! Wish me luck!

I swapped the gaskets... help a little bit, but there is still hesitation. I'm thinking maybe the fuel filter or pump. Might try that.
