Possibly your IAC(idle air controller) Located on the throttle body. Pop it off and clean it out. Should fix your issue. Below is a link for how to do it.

same thing happened to mine found out it was my mas air flow sensor dont know how it happened but it did i dont even remember touching the MAFs but what ever it is all better now
it didnt do it every time just 1 of 20 and the trouble light never came on even has a local shop scan it and do some testin g and he couldnt even see any problems |
