I have been having a code 41 issue going on in my 91 R/T N/A. It has a rebuilt ecu and I even swapped it out w/another rebuilt 91 N/A ecu and still code 41. The cars runs fine when cold. When it warms up it goes crazy. Sounds sick as a dog!
I than changed out all 6 injectors with one of my other N/A cars and it's still throwing a 41 at me! All wiring seems to be fine and all plugged in.
And it also has been having a slight knock! WTF! It only has 60k on it!!! These N/A's kick my A$$ more than my TT's do!
Any ideas as to me overlooking anything?

Inquire about parts...I have a lot to get rid of!!!
Well, after some extensive research, trial and error, I have come to find it may be the ISC. I did swap that out and cleaned the one to be swapped. I just ordered a new one from Rock Auto and we shall see.
Well, I will tell you I thinks these cars are the biggest POS sometimes!!! I have changed out the injectors, installed a brand new ISC, a rebuilt ECU x 2, and still get a code 41! All wiring is good...I am just sick and tired of this issue! I am about to lose my mind...
It sounds like code 41 can be caused by a number of things failing. The problem I see is those things that fail "such as the ISC short circuiting" can also feed back and damage your ECU. So you could be fighting a circular problem. Bad component, Good Ecu = Bad component and now bad ecu and throws code 41. Bad ECU, and good Component = still bad ECU and good component which still equals code 41...
Just a thought to consider as a worst case scenario.

Yeah lol I could be chasing my tail on this one! I will check the ecu(s) out on my other 91...
Well, I am still chasing my tail on this POS! I fuckin hate these cars sometimes! I just got the ECU's in today. They had some issues, and they were corrected. Now, I install the ECU and start it up...instantly runs like SHIT! Throws another code 41 in my face and I am about to throw in the towel! How much more can I do on this? I mean holy fuck!!! New ISC, swapped injectors/harness, swapped coil pack, ECU rebuilt (twice).
Am I missing something here? Good ECU + new parts/known good parts should = running car!!!
I need to get this car up and running so the wife and daughter leave me the hell alone about it! lol
So, I change out the original (rebuilt ECU) with another rebuilt ECU and the car runs fine. It however throws another code 41 but doesn't stumble all over itself now.
I may have some more issues w/the original ECU AND something else to throw the code 41 still. I clear the codes by disconnecting the battery and the code 41 comes back after 5 secs from starting...
