Best Spark Plug?

I'm changing out my plugs and I've tried searching, so before you guys jump on me for that...

What is the best spark plug for the 3s? I have a DD N/A DOHC, if any of that matters. I'm looking at the NGK website and for my car it has:

-NGK traditional spark plug
-NGK V-power spark plug
-NGK GP Platinum
-NGK Laser Iridium Long-life
-NGK IX Iridium
-NGK Double Platinum

Basically, I want to know what is going to be the best mixture of performance and longevity. Thanks in advance and I'm sure I'm running out of these stupid questions, so there shouldn't be too many more in the future

im running NGK IX Iriduim and i have no problems or complaints about it =)
