All I did was close the hood (wont start)

Put in some used injectors today suspecting my old ones were leaking, everthing went fine, hooked up the fuel pump, tried to start the car, it started fine...put my tools away closed my hood and was gunna go to the gas station, and it wont start just cranks and cranks....

I dont understand why it will start then 5 min later it wont....all I did was close my hood.

Anything I should look for any simple mistakes I might be missing

I knew my car was low on gas, I just didnt know how low....ya I feel really dumb.
