yeah thats why i was asking about mid to low 11's, im not gonna stay stock weight either. my goal when i bought the car was and still is to have one of the lightest 3s's. i dont understand why ppl dont do more weight reductions

Since when is an 11.4 low 11's?

Also dynos do not guarantee a timeslip. If it did the TD04 dyno queens would have made impressive passes by now.

Take a look at you own list and you won't see many TD04's running low 11's or quicker without nitrous.

3squicklist.com

- Matt Monett
- Brian LaFuente
- Ray Pampena

Compare that to how many cars out there have upgraded TD04's and you'll see why I would never reccomend TD04's for somebody with low 11 second goals.

Buy Trevor's td05 setup if it hasn't sold yet and you're good to go
I would deff recommend going td05 or dr800 @up if you want to go low 11's, forget td04 if you're thinking in the low 11's unless you're going to use nitrous than its a diff story..Now, it all depends on what you're looking for as well, pump gas low 11's, race gas low 11's?..Remember tho, just cause you may have the setup for 11's don't mean you will make an 11 sec pass if you can't drive ,especially if you can't get a good launch...Alot has to do with the driver as well...Td05 or dr800@up that's what i'd do

From what I've seen, 19t's are the way to go for TD04 now. FWIW, I ran 11.4 @ 124.7MPH on DR650's with stock intercoolers in FL summer heat and humidity 4 or 5 years ago. A well tuned and driven DR650-powered car is easily a consistent mid 11 at stock weight. Everybody will tell you 'go 16G, blah blah blah...' but it's easy to spend someone else's money.. There's still a lot of value in a straight 100% no BS bolt-on turbo that's 11 second capable.

exactly! thats what im saying. i know evo's are out of the question for me. my car wont be stock weight by the time i get to run it. i know i can hit mid 11's on stock weight and with a bunch of weight taken off that should help alot. hellbringer- if you dont mind, where have you had you car tuned in seattle. thats probably the closest place i can find a dyno since i live in aberdeen @ little over 2 hours away

you wont find any shops willing to work on it. send it down to me if you want it done right.

as for mid 11s...that can be had on pretty much any of the td04 options out there. 13T or 16t would be my choices. 19t would easily get your goal too.

edit: youre in crapperdeen? search out midgetspec. hes an evo god up there. he may or may not be willing to tune for you after your setup is done.

i left nw3s for a reason

If I recall correctly, I believe he bought it as a turn key car from Dynamic Racing.

Definitely don't call them after that response, or you will be sorry.
