If the wastegate on just on turbo was stuck open, closed, or part way how would the car act? Would there be knock at low boost?

If it was stuck closed, you would spike most likely hard overboost. Stuck open you would be slow getting into boost(REALLY laggy) and you would run wastegate pressure.

When you have both its really, really laggy then hits 15psi because thats all 1 9b can support then drops off (one turbo closed and one open) This will also kill the shit out of the turbos.

wouldnt a MBC correct that? ive always thought the wastegate is a primary pressure control for boost and the MBC can increase it by adding a secondary pressure control valve. Im still learning how a turbo and mods for it work in sync so im unsure of some things.

Not if the wastegate was phisically stuck (due to corrossion of it`s shaft, excessive carbon build up). If the wastegate mech is siezed the actuators have no chance of moving it..

completely forgot about that angle, if it is stuck closed then you may have a serious problem if not corrected. but if its stuck open is what i was getting at.
