THAT is not lifter tick.
Easiest way to see if it's a bearing, other than knowing that sound, is dropping the pan and feel for a loose rod or pull the rod caps.

Just wanted to through this out here. I recently bought a 4 bolt main block to upgrade my 2 bolt block. I knew the 4 bolt main spun a rod bearing before. I decided to get new oil squirters to be safe and let's just say I'm glad I did. The block was cleaned really well before through a hot tank. After drying and everything I took out the squirters and there was a fine film of bearing material around all them. I'm thinking that if any block has spun a bearing the oil squirters MUST be taken out and clean or just replaced. Sorry for the long story just wanted to through in my .02.
