The problem with 660s is that you will lose control of timing if you go with them.... yes they will give you the fuel you need, but if you use a standard piggyback like an SAFC, you will have to deal with a hell of a lot of timing advance.

Big front mount AND a better Y-pipe??? HUH?

I would stage the upgrades, get the ones you absolutely need before going up to bigger turbos, Get the turbos, then get the rest which you need for the power, but not necessarily for the bigger snails, this way you can work your way up to your goal with incremental increases, instead of waiting a while, then landing there all at once.

Things to get before the turbos:
  • A REAL boost gauge
  • Fuel pump (I am partial to the Supra pump myself)
  • Hotwire for the fuel pump (not necessary til later, but its cheap and easy)
  • Fuel controller and injectors (you need to install the controller first, or install them both together)

Things which are nice to have before the turbos:
  • Exhaust upgrades (Down pipe, cat back, "high flow" cats)
  • Electronic Boost Controller (partial to the DSBC)

Things you will NEED shortly after getting the turbos:
  • Clutch (it may last a short while depending how you drive, but you will burn through it)

Things you can do after the turbos:
  • Intercooler upgrades (it will give you the "icing on the cake" as it were)
Good luck.

Its doubtful on stock heads you will be able to get 450 to the wheels on pump fuel with TD04s.

WRONG .... i had 430 at the wheels at 18 psi on 15'gs 91 pump gas, before i put my flywheel in and fixed the boost leaks we were having to be able to hit 20 psi, ill take and educated guess and say when im set at 20psi ill be dam close to 450 at the wheels

I'm sure you can get over 450awhp with stock head and race gas or e85

Well as far as numbers im not sure but basicly the set up im going with is, Gutted pre cats- stillen downpipe - quad tip exaust from IPS.
Supra Fuel pump with evo 560 cc injectors also with meth injection (unsure what meth im getting atm but basicly i want one that will send variable amounts depending upon boost levels throttle position etc soooo a bit of cash to invest )

Greddy profec b spec 2 EBC (which btw works wonderfully over the cheap manuel that didn't hold the boost well).
19t turbo's ported and clipped from "The Man" Rob Beck.
Forged Motorsports BoV though u can go with whatever works for you. Using stock Y pipe just holding everything together with some T Bolt Clamps.
AEM Wideband for tuning as well as emanage blue.

Built and tuned by Monochrome once i get my turbo's here very very soon from Rob

If i dyno it id be happy with anything around 450 to the wheels though based upon OohNoo or however u spell it.... i should be able to push it a bit further than that.

Hoping i get lucky and don't end up getting spark blowout at high boost levels so i guess we will see how it all works out once the setup is together might have to throw in a few extra's to run a bit higher boost.

Ohh also i have ported polished heads with radius valve job, also running the MR gearing.(edit)

Not sure if your going to get those numbers your looking for. With stock heads/cams and pump gas I was able to get 440awhp but that was also with Denso 660 injectors. Best of luck with your build though you're going to love those 19t's.

450 is doable , i had spark blow out at 16 psi but overcame it with a plug and regap change. mine was on pump and with no timing changes, and no knock
