Default What do I need to to to get 450+ to the wheels?

Well I just got my car back after a long down time with new porterd an resurfaced heads. So my plan for more power is back in play. My goal is 450+ to the wheels, I am planning on getting custom 3in. all the way back this week. Then after that I would like some direction. Fuel upgrades/turbos/electronics/tunes/etc.. Im trying to get there safe and easy an I would like to save some money while im at it. Thank you.
