I've had this issue ever since upgrading to AEM EMS.
0% throttle = 0,04v 100% throttle = 0,21v According to the AEM. This also means the Throttle% value is impossible to use when tuning because the value isnt stable.. I tried different firmwares and settings, but the problem remains.. I'm starting to think my TPS might be bad, but the car worked fine before upgrading to AEM EMS. Anyone had this problem with their AEM or knows how to fix it? HEEEEELPP! ![]() |

Check the voltage at the sensor itself via a multimeter. Make sure it is a sensor issue and not a wiring issue.

I did.
The sensor-ground was working but the sensors power-supply did not seem to work.. it showed no reaction on my multimeter atleast. This would explain the problem, but I was told that it could be the software-settings in the AEM that restrics the power-supply.. I will check again tomorrow to confirm that it is in fact not getting any power. Thanks for the help so far ![]() |

Bad idea. TPS sensor is run off 5 volts.
