Default Stuck at 6PSI...

OK i have a 1992 (95 engine swap), vacume reduction was done with a MBC. my car seem to be stuck at 6 psi and wont go any higher. ive checked both turbs and they both are still in working condition. All intercooler piping is hooked up and clamped down, all the silicone hosing from the reduction is all secured, the wastegates actuaters are all secured and no play. i cant figure it out. any ideas ?

Are you positive you have the boost controller hooked up properly?

Pull your boost reference line for your boost controller (usually y-pipe nipple) and cap it. Now test drive your car but be careful because your wastegates won't open and you'll have to control boost by the throttle. It will spike 22-23psi if you let it. If you can get over 7 psi with closed wastegates then you're problem is your boost controller.
