Default spark plug issues, no compression in front three cylinders help please!

so, i posted up a while ago that i had taken out the front three plugs and 2 of them had no gaps what so ever and it looked like there was a metal material on the tops of them. A member told me that it could have been detonation or smashed valves.

i've done a compression check on the front three cylinders and they all read 0, just with little movements of the needle. I took the plenum off and changed out the plugs in the back 3 as well, all of those plugs looked fine though.
here's a picture of the front 3 plugs

so with 2 plugs that look very bad i'm asking you guys what you think is wrong with the car. it's got 170k and i was thinking it would be timing, or bent valves, any help with what i should do next would be awesome... please help me out!

Looks like you had detenotation and busted some pieces of the ring lands off the pistons. The pieces probably crushed the plugs and got into the valve seats preventing them from sealing the combustion area. Looks like rebuild time. Do a leakdown to be certain but I'm betting the ring lands are shot. Oh and hate to even say it but pieces may have gotten into your turbo also.

thank you for the quick response, but i have a question... if those two plugs are smashed then shouldn't just those two cylinders have no compression? maybe i am completely retarded lol

I would pull the motor and start tearing it down to see what was all damaged. Then take heads and or block to a machine shop for cleaning and rebuilding. Or you could buy a new short block and heads
stock block+ dr heads would be nice... start saving and park the car in the garage.
