Default smoke help

i have a problem i need help with, my vr-4 was running fine until i recently had my y pipe blow off two times, now when i step on the gas at idle after the car hits about 3000rpm and i let off the idle about 5 seconds later i get some white smoke then a little bit of black smoke (atleast i think it's black and not blue)

it's not quite running right either a little hesitation when i start to drive hard

any ideas?
