As I am preparing to have my fuel system upgraded, am I missing any parts that I will need.

I have denso 660's injectors, Walboro Fuel Pump and eManage Blue.
Sounds good, will you be using the stock FPR or an aftermarket unit? And you will probably want to hotwire that pump. Make sure your fuel filter is nice and new, with new crush washers on the banjo bolts, and it sounds to me like you're all set.

I'll using my stock FPR. I'm gonna have the shop install the fuel pump and I will get them to hot wire it. I would install this myself but everything is so rusted up, I'm gonna have them replace the high pressure fuel line which connects to the assembly. I didn't think about changing my fuel filter, is this a big concern?

The fuel filter would just be a general maintainance issue, if you think it's fine then don't worry about it. But it's just something I would personally do because I'm weird like that.

Watch out for that rust by your fuel pump assembly. If they snap off one too many studs, or torque your hard line a little too much, you will have a fuel leak and it will suck. Just a word of warning. Building a S/S line fuel pump assy with AN fittings might be a good idea too.
