Default Parts List for Head rebuild

Timing Belt went, so here's a list of parts...

Used heads (Valve, springs, retainers, are OK)
Valve Stem Seals
Rockers, Lifters, Cams (from old heads)
Cam caps, plugs (from 3SX?)

I'm mainly confused about the ENTIRE list of components included in the heads. I'm not half-assing this one, so any of your help is greatly appreciated.

With the timing components, should I go AS FAR as new tensioner arm, idler bracket, and the shaft? Or I can re-use original?

I'm getting the 60/120K from 3SX w/kevlar belt, along with new OEM exhaust manifolds, and then the upper gasket set, and then all the turbo return line gaskets, and probably the banjo bolts for the turbos themselves.

Is this the basics for doing my heads?

Thanks, Nick

Default Re: Parts List for Head rebuild

Alright. I'm fucking retarded.

So does anyone know what I can use from my old heads onto the newer ones? Is there anything I should pay attention to? Where things wear a lot, what I'm looking for besides bolting things on?

Or should I drop another $4500 on my POS VR-4 to have a $100 tensioner go on me, causing another couple grand worth of damage?

Can I learn on the forums? Or am I expected to know everything?
