Exclamation Max boost and datalogging questions...

Hey guys...
I read about a thread like that about 6 months ago. Someone made a very clear (and apparently good!) list of the needed modifications to bring up the turbo boost to 14-15 psi (on stock 9b's). Maybe someone could redirect me to that thread, ive been looking for it ever since! if not, well I would really like to know what I need to do!!! and how exactly a datalogger works... i have a 95 dodge stealth TT. ive been looking at the Hand Held Halo Hybrid OBDII. Is that what I need so I can adjust things such as the air/fuel ratio?
So any informations about the 14 psi setup and the dataloggers and how it works would be greatly appreciated!!!
thanks a lot guys..

all you truly need is a boost controller (and a real boost guage obviously). a datalogger is there to make sure everything runs correctly, and you aren't damaging your engine (mostly knock). stock fuel, if operating correctly, will support 14 psi on an otherwise stock car. if everything operates how it should, you can run 14 psi on a stock car.

i say all this for one reason. i get tired of seeing people say things like "oh you need 450cc injectors, a downpipe, a filter, a walbro fuel pump" or insert-part-here, before you can run 14 psi on a stock car. this is simply not true. if your fuel system is up to par, and you don't have some other wierd crap going on with the car, then you can run higher boost than stock. a datalogger will tell you how much you can run. if you start knocking, then turn the boost back down to the last known safe setting (ie zero knock) and leave it there. now, do all those other parts help make more power? sure, of course. but they aren't 100% needed to run higher than stock boost levels.

i was wondering how much boost you can run on stock internals. i have 550cc's a fuel pump 15g's gm mas conversion custom exhaust no cats and a fresh motor. i was just wondering what psi is safe for stock rods and pistons i have a knock gauge also and all other gauges to log data.
