Default how to set fuel pressure without turning the car on

I just rebuilt my motor and insalled a dual pump system. What i want to do now is get the fuel pumps to come on with out starting the car so that I can set the Fuel Preassure to stock. Does any one know

how I can jump the pumps to get them to run?
Also what is stock fuel pressure?

You should just be able to run 12 volts directly off the battery to them(super easy if they are hotwired), and base stock pressure is 43 psi.

If you have a datalogger (I should hope you do if your doing any mods), MMCD has a test mode to run the fuel pump for a set amount of time. You might need a buddy to sit in the car and keep repeating the test mode, or a really long cable.

Apply 12 volts to the fuel pump test connector in the back passenger side of the engine bay.
