Without removing the chra from the exhaust housing can you spin the compressor wheel. After disassembling and reassembling the housing it should be very easy to remove. I'm starting to think maybe you crammed a big lip turbine and chra into your 92 small lip housing. Does the number on the compressor end in 00 or 10?
